Another Beetham...

Posted 10 different views on t'other site in response to someone saying there were too many images of this place, think there's a bit more scope in the old slab yet, but I'll only stick one more on here....you can waft over to here and just open the Beetham set.   http://www.flickr.com/photos/organize/

seem complicated object but after a while it just a capture from infront of glass wall...very good idea..
David Johnson: Yep nothing fancy just a big sheet of glass to act as a mirror/
Wow! David, another great creation!
David Johnson: Thanks Jose!

Great shot, David!
Sod the moaning critics, keep the Beethan images coming - if the images were repeating one another, then fair enough, but with shots like this & those on your Flicker site, this is just not the case.
David Johnson: Think the problem was that most snappers were standing at the base and pointing up, can be a bit tedious to see the same view http://www.flickr.com/groups/43949749@N00/pool/ heres a bunch that take it to the other extreme

David Johnson: Got my first new car from this garage...er...24 years ago....yikes.
Another great shot David. Glad you ignored the critics.
David Johnson: I'll send you this link so you can oversaturate yourself with this place http://www.flickr.com/groups/43949749@N00/pool/
Hmmm ... Are there no clean windows in Manchester? Surely they're not just messy for the benefit of 'snappers' to become delightfully creative? richard.
David Johnson: Think the bricks bounce off these...always good to confuse the general public by pointing your camera at bits of glass, god only knows what they think!

Took a while to work out just what this was, but then it clicked, the best way to see the Beetham tower is through a white haze. Well seen.
David Johnson: Those fireworks were great, nicked your metadata so I can try and get it right this year, couldn't find the view I wanted which was through the bottom of a beer glass!
