Celtic Centre, Machynlleth,Wales.

'Through his eyes and tears we feel his dispair at his 2 loved ones leaving him'........yeah right!Enough of that Codswallop, Another place to visit is Machynlleth(?) luckily for me half between downtown Mancunia and whizzy Pembrokeshire, lots of retail therapy outlets and odd things to gawp at and for one of those novel moments go and pay the attendant 20p through a little perspex window at the loos and he unlocks them and lets you in...er...yeh..right! This is at "Celtic" on the way out of town but looked closed when I was there. Just giving you a breather from all the Rock and sand stuff...see I do care...mind you back to normal tomorrow, out of contact for a few days as giving elderley relatives my own brand of TLC.....

Powerful shot, David, but it took me a while to concentrate on it, I was laughing so much at your text. (:o)
David Johnson: Sorry, think I need to be serious about something for a few minutes.........thats it then back to the usual nonsense....

LOL at your text David. Love the depth in this shot, it's also very moving in a way.
David Johnson: Looks quite a sad old chap dosn't he!

Ahh sad. Maybe he is crying for the loss of his Celtic culture. Not enough sacrifices in wicker men , or whatever they got up to in them days.
David Johnson: Think this is the kind of area where things happen that us townies would rather not hear about!

It looks like he has the mother of all hangovers. Funny shot, very well executed as always.
David Johnson: Thanks Martin, had to hang around for those 2 in the background to get there...got a few odd looks from the locals, but thats nothing new!

Good stuff, Dave. I think you'd increase the power of the "tear", if you crop out the second eye. Look at the thumb, and you'll see what I mean.

What a grand description of Machynlleth, sounds like it has not changed since I was last there years ago. Oh and the picture is pretty good too.
David Johnson: Has a big Vegan/ dude faction there now as well as mountain biking. Looks quietly affluent, which is not how I remember inalnd welsh towns to be!
