photoblog image Longsight, by the Railway sidings.

Longsight, by the Railway sidings.

This fella started off a project Ive been posting over on flickr for the last week about what happens when Mancunian civilization abutts the masses of green space that runs through the city. If you want to see the whole thing have a click of this...    http://www.flickr.com/photos/maxblack/  and they should magically all appear.... All of this ties in with the Prow checking I've been doing this month which has taken in the hotspots of Gorton, Levenshulme, Lonsight, Sharston, Baguley......I can't go on its too depressing. But for a bit of fun I hit the Lancashire countryside and coast and, as Deep Thought seems to be working all by itself again without the addition of any new parts, will get PPing toot sweet!!

What is the world coming to with people leaving the bodies of murdered stuffed animals by the roadside. This is a surprisingly powerful image.
David Johnson: I have another snap of Sylvestre showing the lonliness of his location, A.I. came to mind, the bit where he lives forever but stuck in the same place.
What Pathos! Glad that deep thought has come back to life!
David Johnson: The other shot I have of him shows the true lonliness of his predicament!
Aw, sad, because this was probably very special to someone at some time. Cracking photograph, all the same. (:o)
David Johnson: 5'tall this rascal, who knows how he got to here and when???? Bit head scratchy !!!
