photoblog image Debdale, they let the water out.

Debdale, they let the water out.

Sorry forgot to mention that each one in the set has a texture overlay added from some of the scuzzy rubbish left lying about in the vicinity of the shot...s'not on the sensor! So Debdale, they have pulled the plug to build a new weir at the bottom end near Manchester and in the process all the cruddy stuff that was chucked in and hidden by the water has now re-appeared. Couldn't see any bodies in tarpaulins and sadly for me, no burnt out cars...sigh Texture from a rusty metal panel in overlay mode with a mask added and a wiffle about with a soft brush til I got bored.....

Very clever, Dave. Got me puzzled at first. Sorry, there were no dead bodies with axes in the skulls or ropes around what-used-to-be-necks. Such a disappointment.
smile Z
David Johnson: Probably got too over excited by the prospect...bet if I donned some waders I could rustle up something gruesome

Very imaginative, love the word "wiffle"
David Johnson: Wiffle, spank, faffing and tickle are all well known Photoshop terms in this Country....er...Manchester...er...my house!
It's crazy that guys will travel stupid distances to dump a few chairs rather than take them to the council tip. But a well spotted bit of contemporary eye-saw countryside. richard.
David Johnson: Can't believe no ones spotted the Carslberg can under the chair, are people looking but not observing!!!!!!...........that veins throbbing again.........gong to curl up for a while now.

Now that is world class grime! Only you would find it and turn it into an appealing shot smile
David Johnson: Ah, as people have said before, 'Dave you're a proper crap magnet' Never understood why before. Have another set of dumped household or 'white goods' that I'm cobbling together for later consumption, but with no tricky Pshop stuff
Interesting location but despite being a texture overlay fan I am not sure your efforts add anything to this image Max.
David Johnson: God help us what you'll think of tomorrows then...all these are on flickr so you can see the 'groupage'!?!?? Project based around finding rubbish but then adding an overlay of some rubbish that was lying about close to it. So I'm only adding something that is alredy there, a composite of crud, a cacophony of crapness, a melding of Manky...ness, a layer cake of lacrimose lunacy.....if you go on Youtube you find the Good Old Days.......Anyway they are only blog snaps!
Love Richard`s description - `well spotted bit of contemporary eye-sore`. Lovely one, Dave. (:o)
David Johnson: Theres so much of this out there, must stand back and make sure this isn't some manifestation of a manic-compulsive disorder thats presenting itself in this way...ah what the heck there's always drugs.....

A tribute to the Great British Dirty Bugger!
David Johnson: Maybe we should have some kind of official'Dump all your crap in the Countryside today' er day, Could have the Guiness Book of records see if we could build the worlds biggest stack of crappy mattresses or play 'Smash a hole in the Ozone' by crushing all the fridges at once, I think this has some legs.....You can do the t-shirts with Great Briish Dirty Buggar all over them, cold be some cash in this for thee and me....
Really does make you wonder at the actionsof some people. Interesting image David.
David Johnson: Trouble is I trip over this stuff all over the place in what should really be semi rural/ parkland/ greenspace and with the new charges for tipping coming in this really will just get worse

Good to see you operational even tho waiting for bits!

Look like your standard school hall issue chairs - they have rusted up nicely. Like the idea of rubbish re-emerging after a good wash! I did spot the Carlsberg can - presumed you had a swift tinny before moving on ;o)
David Johnson: Theres a big School near here, Wright Robinson, I assume that they were launched from there. Carslberg!!! I do have some standards!

You do so enjoy wiffling about with your pictures, and I enjoy the result. Thanks for that smile
David Johnson: Thanks Ellie, aye this lot are overtly messed with but thats because it was the kind of effect I was after, still have a pile of these, but household objects that are chucked out to rot...must crack on and get PPing.
