photoblog image 2 Walkers.

2 Walkers.

I know, calm down now, yes its me doing landscape stuff, well get used to it for I have a bucketload to get up and posted. This is from a walk from Millers Dale to Tideswell in deepest Derbyshire, Frost sunshine, scudding clouds.....mind you I did manage to find some crusty mashed up bits on the way.

Very nice reflection, had to look quite hard to find the walkers though. Look forward to the rest of the pack.
David Johnson: Different tone tomorrow but its still landscape.....I was propped against a tree waiting for those 2 to hove into view for ages.

Dreamy and appealing! Magic is clearly alive and well in England.

you old romantic you
David Johnson: Thats what the current Mrs J thinks....
This has a beautiful ethereal quality. I like that you have to "discover" the walkers. Lovely!

Looking forward to more of your landscape stuff. The word etherial has already been used - that would have been mine too.
David Johnson: Very strange walking through here as well, deathly quiet and an odd mixture of cold air and warm sunshine.
Absolutely lovely shot David, very different for you, yet still containing all your trademark geometry and post-production quality work. I'll forgive you the squint horizon! wink Top stuff.
David Johnson: Squint maybe but wisiwyg....lot of flare to sort out on this...I can do these but the harpies keep calling to me...
Well if they're all going to be like this then you're more than forgiven David!
David Johnson: Hmmm tomorrows is a bit different........

David Johnson: Cheers mate, yep I wouldn't want anyone to think I was going all soft...er...there may be some ducks appearing soon though...look on it as an abberration...oh Ive got a bucket load of burning sunsets to process as well...lawks I need to go and find some rusty broken stuff quick.
Very nice reflection shot. It took me a wile to find the walkers in the wonderful sun rays.

top notch...
Very nice David. If I had to be picky it would be that bright blob of sun in the water. It distracts and adds nothing.
David Johnson: Jeepers Bill I was hanging on to a tree, leaning over the stream, waiting for the coincidence of the walkers appearing and the sun popping off behind the tree, curse you Mother Nature and your Orbiting stars!!! not to mention Mrs J giving me the hurry up, you wouldn't believe how much I suffer for my art!!!!
