i kinda wished the plane was a silhouette,or maybe a fighter jet.
David Johnson: I wished it would be a DragonAir 747.....
Works quite well. It is a nice touch that they labeled the plane on the underside.
David Johnson: Still got one of those wonderful Emirates blankets they hand out...whad'ya mean you have to hand them back!!!!
This is good...just that....yes...really: I'm lost for words. An aeroplane will carry us away from this...place.
David Johnson: See the experience of watching Silver City Dakotas cough and wheeze in Blackpool airport over my house came in useful!
A lovely contrast of old and new, stone and steel.

Excellent shot, David, well worth the waiting & lurking in a graveyard too.
David Johnson: I'm more of a 'snap and I'm gone' photographer, so I was getting a litlle antsy waiting...
Very nice capture. Combination of graveyard and plane! Are you scared of planes?
David Johnson: No just the Boogie man!
Well worth the wait and lurk. richard

excellent for so many reasons - the juxtaposition, the tones, and simply the uniqueness...
David Johnson: proved to be a big hit on flickr where our chums from over the pond went a bit doolally over it, to be honest i actually wasn't too sure about this!!!!
