photoblog image Thunderbird 7

Thunderbird 7

In Sheffield for a couple of hours so came back over the Snake pass and saw this plume of smoke. Anyway I know they burn off the heather so new shoots will..er shoot for the game birds to nibble but I think this bit of burning got out of hand..as we got to Ladybower we were met by a convoy of Fire engines legging it..ooops..

It's quite a striking image really but I'm sure it would have soon burnt itself out in our damp climate
