Whilst wandering around the southern side of this fair City I came across these 'things'! Bright orange in colour and they light up at night, no explanation anywhere, as usual. This one was in the grounds of the British Council on City road.

Straight shot dragged into channel mixer where I ended up with a +40/ +160/- 80 mix. Nothing else to report..........tumbleweed rolling about.............
