Well it wouldn't be Manchester if there wasn't a wee bit of creative vandalism knocking about. Clear Blue skies! I put a slight Cyan/Green tint in this but its either my eyes or monitor that need calibrating.

Did a Match colour with a bit of fade, jumped straight into Channel Mixer and faffed around until I settled on a +110/ +36/ -50. took a snapshot and did another channel mix but with the detail preserved in the broken light, used that for the history brush and painted it into my first mix. Cooking time 3 minutes, leave to cool and serve with a deep cut white bevel mount,
